Sharon Worsley

Having worked at a 4 diamond hotel for almost 10 years, combined with a career spanning another 18 years in the hospitality and tourism industries including airlines, travel agencies, tour operator, meeting planning and teaching travel, in two countries (Canada and Australia), Sharon has met countless numbers of people from different backgrounds and life experiences.

There have been many conversations and discussions with these people, plus Sharon’s own personal observations over that time of how people interact with one another, how they engage or disengage in their life, their career or business, and in general how they Show Up in the world.

During this time Sharon has owned a successful coaching business where she has been privileged to coach a large number of clients throughout North America including:

	Senior leaders within corporations wanting to really lead people, instead of just being ‘a leader’
	Multi millionaires who seemingly have it all, but realize that something is still missing
	Network marketers not content to just see what shows up for them, but wanting to play big in their organization

Sharon has had the opportunity to share the message of The 4 Diamond Leader™ with different audiences throughout North America, who have embraced the message and enthusiastically applied it to their life, leadership and organizations.

She has shared the same stage with such people as Jack Canfield (best-selling co-author of The Success Principles™ and co-creator of The Chicken Soup for the Soul® series), Sean Astin (actor), Stedman Graham (New York Times best-selling author), Joe Theismann (former Super Bowl Champion and Hall of Fame Quarterback ), (Glenn Morshower (actor), Phil Collen (guitarist from Def Leppard), Dr Bill Dorfman DDS (from the hit ABC series – Extreme Makeover), Kevin Eastman (Assistant coach of the Boston Celtics, 2008 NBA World Championship and James Malinchak (Reality TV star featured on the hit ABC show – Secret Millionaire)

During 2010, Sharon was one of a small group of individuals worldwide to be personally chosen, trained and mentored by Jack Canfield, featured teacher in the worldwide DVD phenomenon ‘The Secret’, and America’s #1 Success Coach in his inaugural one year ‘Train The Trainer’ program.

Sharon’s keynotes and presentations have earned a reputation for being inspiring and refreshing, while providing excellent revelations on personal leadership and setting high goals.

With real life experience and examples Sharon evokes an enormous amount of insight and thought provoking ideas that challenges her audiences and coaching clients to get clear on what they value.

Sharon holds a CSP designation from the Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA), is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS), The Global Speakers Federation (GSF) and Meeting Planners International (MPI).
