Most coaches today offer anyone interested in exploring the opportunities coaching can bring, a complimentary session from between 15 to 60 minutes. There is absolutely no cost to have the coach work with you during this session, and also no obligation on your part to come to the call prepared to be coached.

Sharon has discovered through previous years of offering complimentary sessions and speaking with other professional coaches, that very few individuals come to the session prepared to be coached or learn how coaching can assist them. The client has not invested anything in the process.

We tend to appreciate things more when we have a vested interested. For this reason, consultation sessions with Sharon require a small investment of $75.00 US/CAD for 30 minutes of exploratory coaching.

In turn Sharon will reinvest this payment to a charity of your choice. Further, if the charity provides a tax receipt, this receipt will be made out to your name and mailed to you for taxation purposes.

Please note: if Sharon feels that you are both a good fit for a powerful coaching relationship after the consultation session, she will offer an invitation, however there is no obligation to move forward.
